Description:

This beautiful bell shaped tape measure is a Colonial reproduction !  By gently turning the top stem of the bell you can rewind the 24" tape measure inside.  Stands approximately 2.5 inches tall.

Made of beautiful Alaskan Yellow Cedar.

Alaskan yellow cedar grows on the Pacific Coast of North America from Alaska to southern Oregon. It is pale yellow in color with a  strong odor when freshly cut. It is a durable wood with burls and bird’s eye markings throughout.  Due to its strong decay resistance, it has been traditionally used to make native canoes, oars, paddles as well as ceremonially for totem poles.
